An evening at Up and Running

The Up and Running shop in Chandlers Ford is hosting our club night on Thursday 6th December 2018. Besides the attractions in the shop, on offer will be:

• Gait analysis
• A sales representative from a running shoe company
• The sales representative from Silva UK
• Sports massage

All this plus an informal 45 minute street training event starting and finishing at the shop - bring your own pen or pencil and be prepared to collect lamp post numbers. Start anytime between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Torch and hi-viz jacket or vest recommended.

There is adequate parking in the precinct parking behind the shop and the whole thing kicks off at 6:30pm.
