The 2022 AGM will be held at the Ampfield Village Hall, Morleys Lane, Ampfield, SO51 9BJ, on Thursday 12th May at 7.30pm.
Please put the date in your diaries and come along to support your Club and have your say. The Club trophies will be presented at the end of the meeting. There will be a buffet provided and maybe even a drink or two!
If you would like to propose any changes to the Club Constitution please notify me by Thursday, 21st April. Also if you have any matter which you would like to bring up under AOB please notify me by Thursday, 28th April.
